Welcome to ParntHub.com — your trusted parenting resource for every stage of childhood.

We provide research-backed, practical parenting guidance for families navigating newborns, toddlers, school-age children, tweens and teens.

Every article on this site combines real family experience, evidence-based research and actionable advice — written to help you raise happy, healthy and confident children with calm and clarity.

Meet the Founder — Adel Galal

Adel Galal is the founder and primary author of ParntHub.com.

He is 58 years old, a father of four — three sons and one daughter — and a grandfather of four — one grandson and three granddaughters. He has over 33 years of hands-on parenting and grandparenting experience, having personally navigated every stage of child development from newborn care through to teenage years.

Adel created ParntHub because he could not find a parenting resource that combined real family experience with genuinely trustworthy, research-backed guidance. So he built one.

Every article on ParntHub is written by Adel — rooted in his lived experience across multiple generations of family life and strengthened by his study of the world's leading parenting researchers and practitioners.

ParntHub covers every stage of childhood across five main categories. Whether your child is a newborn, a toddler, a school-age child, a tween or a teenager, you will find practical, trustworthy guidance here.

Our Mission and Vision

Mission — To empower parents with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools they need at every stage of raising children — from the first day home with a newborn to the last years before adulthood.

Vision — To build the most trusted independent parenting resource on the internet — one where real experience meets real research, and every parent leaves feeling more capable than when they arrived.

A Personal Note from Adel

"I started ParntHub because parenting was the hardest and most important thing I ever did — and I wanted to create the resource I wished had existed when I was a young father.

I have made every mistake. I have had conversations I dreaded. I sat with a teenager at midnight, not knowing what to say. I have also watched four children grow into adults I am genuinely proud of — and now I am watching my grandchildren begin the same journey.

Everything I write comes from that experience. Not from a textbook. From real family life, across generations.

My goal is to be the calm, experienced voice in your corner — the one that helps you feel less alone and more equipped, whatever today is throwing at you."
